"Tipsy Thursday"

Hello, everyone....It is late and I am still
up, so I thought I would go ahead and post
you a tip for my first "Tipsy Thursday!"
This post will not have a picture, because
it really doesn't require one. ....
Tip for today...
Do you know how to tell if your eggs are still good?
You can test the freshness of eggs by placing
them in a large bowl or pan of cold water; if
they float, do not use them. Never use cracked
eggs because they may contain bacteria.
Well, I hope this gives you a little info. that
you might not have already known.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by!
Until next time, stay warm!

  1. Hi Karen:
I listen to Jones College Radio out of Jacksonville Florida, and they do tips similar to this and old time things to ponder. Yesterday they did a whole bunch of old sayings that were fun.

The buck stops here-I hope a lot of them stop here cause I could use a few bucks.

Good things come to those that wait-Those are just left overs from the Great things that come to those that go after them!!!

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but an onion a day keeps everyone away.

Great tip Karen...keep them coming. Have a great day.

    Bear Hugs,
    Carol :o}

  4. Hi Karen! Thanks for stopping by my blog! We usually just get the ice too, so I can't help but enjoy the pretty white stuff.
    Stay warm and cozy!

  5. Hi...saw you at Donna's (above) blog and want to stop by and say HI. We just moved to Florida from Michigan...saw you lived there. My old area of MI just got a big snow. I knew there was a way to know, but just couldn't remember! Thanks!
